My client, a stunning independent restaurant and bar in beautiful Cambridgeshire, is looking for a Head Chef to take the kitchen to the next level. As Head Chef, you’ll oversee all aspects of the kitchen, from daily operations to team leadership, stock management, and food safety standards. You’ll have the opportunity to develop training programmes, guide a small but dedicated team of chefs and kitchen assistants, and implement processes that ensure smooth, efficient service.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, mentoring others, and elevating the dining experience in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Competitive salary of up to £40,000 (DOE) plus tips expected to exceed £5,000
Quarterly bonus of £500 and an annual profit bonus of up to £10,000 (OTE £55K)
