Working closely with the Customer Service and Sales departments, you will be tasked with managing customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities whilst working with the company’s external sales managers.

• Building and maintaining relationships with account holders
• Working towards company, team & individual targets
• Communicating with and supporting your customers
• Sales Order processing and quote generation
• Work to achieve business aims

• Understanding of Manufacturing or Engineering (although this isn’t essential and can be taught)
• B2B experience
• Account management experience
• Customer management experience
• Business acumen and a hunger to learn
