We are an established fund manager with a strong reputation for consistently delivering on or above target returns in the Business Relief investment space. We're looking for a motivated and resilient individual to join our business development team in Newton-le-Willows and the opportunity to grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing

• Make high-impact outbound calls and other communications with financial advisers across the UK to identify opportunities.
• Qualify leads effectively and secure appointments for the BDM team.
• Conduct thorough research to understand prospect interest and needs.
• Manage and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, conversations, and booked meetings.
• Work closely with the BDM team, ensuring a smooth handover and strong conversion rates.

As you develop, you will have the opportunity to manage your own appointments, developing your own portfolio of financial advisers and becoming their primary contact.

Who You Are

You are a confident, articulate communicator with proven sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  , ideally in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of success in cold calling and lead generation.
• Confident, articulate communicator with an engaging phone manner.
• Highly self-motivated with a tenacious attitude and a competitive edge.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working to targets and KPIs in a structured sales environment.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

While some financial services experience may be advantageous, full training will be given.
