Job Title:

Communal Cleaner - Social Housing

* St. Helens / Warrington
* £16.70 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)

* Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

* Company van & fuel card provided

* Start: ASAP

* Duration:
Long-term sick cover (strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate)

Please note:

You must hold a full UK manual driving licence and be based locally to the St. Helens / Warrington area, as this role involves driving a company van and covering local housing blocks.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Communal Cleaner to work across social housing blocks in the St. Helens and Warrington areas.

The Role:

* Cleaning and maintaining communal areas within social housing blocks

* Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising

* Cleaning stairwells, corridors, lifts and entrances

* Removing litter and maintaining high standards of cleanliness

* Reporting maintenance issues or health & safety concerns

Requirements:

* Full UK manual driving licence (essential - company van provided)

* Must be local to the St. Helens / Warrington area

* Maximum 6 penalty points accepted

* Previous communal or commercial cleaning experience preferred

* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

* Good understanding of health & safety procedures
