What you will do:
  • Provide an emergency response service for St Helens and Halton LA outside regular hours.
  • Manage emergency referrals effectively, ensuring timely resolution to meet statutory obligations.
  • Work shifts based on a flexible rota, including evenings, daytime, and on‑call periods.
  • Collaborate with external agencies such as the Police, onderscheiden, and housing associations.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures, maintaining the standards expected of a dedicated social worker.
