We are delighted to offer an excellent opportunity for a Senior Social Worker to join the Transitions Team within the Children with Disability Service in St Helens. This rewarding role focuses on supporting young people as they move from children’s to adult services, ensuring continuity of care and the best possible outcomes. This position also includes involvement in Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) and Court of Protection (CoP) work, allowing for professional development in a highly valued area of practice.
