EYFS Teaching Assistant – St Helens

Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Liverpool (St Helens) to work on a long-term basis starting in ASAP!

You’ll be joining a community school and would be working with an experienced and supportive team. You will be working on a 1-1 basis with a reception child with ASD (you will be based in the classroom).

This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

• Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
• Delivering catch-up sessions
• Supporting pupils on a 1-1 basis.
• Working with the class teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate

Essential

Qualifications:

• Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting or similar sector with a passion working with SEN children.
• Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience
• Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
