We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented professional to join the Rosenberg Team and contribute to the daily dining experience of our boarding school community.
Your TasksResponsibilities typically include:
- Preparing mise en place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including daily three-course menus
- Delivering professional table service throughout all meals
- Supporting special school events with discretion and polished service
- Ensuring consistently high service standards at all times
- Cleaning, resetting, and maintaining dining and service areas after each meal
- Following the instructions of Dining Hall Supervisors and established service procedures
- Contributing to a smooth and efficient service flow in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Working collaboratively with the team, showing reliability and strong attention to detail
- Working up to 10 hours per day, five days per week (maximum 50 hours)
We are particularly interested in candidates who:
- Previous experience in hospitality or dining service, ideally in hotels or catering
- A professional approach to service, with good etiquette and presentation
- Energetic, well organised, and able to work accurately and consistently
- Flexible, open-minded, and able to work independently within clear guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of personal professionalism
- Able to work calmly and politely during busy service periods
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong team mindset
- Interest in cultural diversity and working in an international environment
- Resident in Switzerland, holding a valid Swiss work permit, or a citizen of an EU/EFTA member state
