Sie unterstützen Kunden bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer HCM Prozesse und übernehmen selbstständig Projekte. Der ideale Kandidat hat ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich oder ist Quereinsteiger mit Erfahrung im HCM/Success Factors. Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse im schweizerischen Arbeitsrecht sind von Vorteil. Es wird ein motiviertes Teammitglied gesucht, das im HCM-Team große Fortschritte erzielen möchte.
