Eine führende geriatrische Klinik sucht ab dem 1. März 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Dipl. Sozialarbeiter/in FH. In dieser befristeten Position bis Dezember 2026 mit Option auf Verlängerung arbeiten Sie in einem interprofessionellen Team, welches das bio-psycho-soziale Verständnis von Gesundheit und Krankheit in den Mittelpunkt stellt. Ein verantwortungsbewusster und kreativer Umgang mit älteren Menschen ist von großer Bedeutung. Vorkenntnisse und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sind wünschenswert.
