- Analytische Denkweise und Freude am digitalen Planen und Bauen
- Dienstleistungs- und kundenorientiertes Verhalten, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Motiviert, sich vom Junior Projektleitenden zum vollwertigen Projektleitenden weiterzuentwickeln, mit dem Ziel, komplexe und anspruchsvolle Projekte selbstständig und verantwortungsvoll zu leiten
