Eine Gesundheitsorganisation in St. Gallen sucht eine/n Assistent/in Administration zur Unterstützung der Aus- und Weiterbildung im Gesundheitswesen.
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Unterstützung der Studiengangsverantwortlichen, das Sicherstellen der Verwaltungsabläufe sowie das Organisieren von Veranstaltungen. Sie sollten eine Ausbildung als Kauffrau/-mann (KV) EFZ haben und Erfahrung in der Organisation sowie sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse mitbringen.
