Multi‑Trade Operative – Covering mid Cornwall
Salary£34,376 - £36,185 per year
Hours40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm

Plymouth. Occasional travel to this site will be required from your home address.
- Carrying out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications.
- Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and restocking these when needed.
- Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, by resolving problems or setting in motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed.
- Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer.
- To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates must be qualified to or undertaking NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical) or, if Plumbing Level 3 is required, hold an Unvented – G3 Certificate and Water Regulations (WRAS). Candidates must bring original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
- Awareness of health and safety regulations and working legislation.
- Skills in plumbing, carpentry and joinery, kitchen and bathroom installations, UPVC door and window fitting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, work to deadlines and plan ahead.
- Holding a full valid UK driving licence – this role will involve driving on company business.

- £34,376 per annum (rising to £36,185 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance).
