I’m partnering with a well‑established seafood manufacturer on the Cornish coast to find one exceptional Multiskilled Engineer to join their team. This is a key hire for the business, and they are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and confident working across both mechanical and electrical tasks in a fast‑paced food production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on processing and packaging equipment

* Diagnosing faults and ensuring downtime is minimised

* Supporting production teams with safe, efficient equipment operation

* Contributing to engineering improvements, upgrades, and continuous‑improvement projects

* Working to strict food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

* Strong multiskilled background (mechanical and electrical)

* Experience in food manufacturing or a similar FMCG environment

* A hands‑on problem solver with a calm, methodical approach

* Comfortable working shifts and supporting call‑out requirements

* A great communicator who fits well into a close‑knit team
