This is a full-time, on-site role based in St Austell. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily tasks related to the design, production, and delivery of fencing and decking solutions. Responsibilities may include liaising with clients, overseeing project implementation, ensuring product quality, coordinating with team members, and maintaining Fitrite’s high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

• Experience with customer service, client interactions, and project management
• Knowledge of product design, quality control, and materials such as uPVC and WPC
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a team-oriented environment is a must.
