About the role
KS3/KS4 Behavioural Support Assistant
Location – St Austell
Salary - £89.33 - £95.06 per day
Key Responsibilities- Provide a calm and structured support network for students
- Provide support to learners in and out of the classroom
- Manage behavioural plans for a designated group of students
- Work closely with all teachers to put the correct action plans in place for learners
- Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures
- Resilience, calm and patience
- Previous experience working with KS3 & KS4 learners
- Strong communication skills, dealing with both parents/guardians and students
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Safeguarding Level 2 (Not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
