As a Records Services Officer within the Welsh Ambulance Service University NHS Trust (WAST), you will play a key role in managing and responding to Subject Access Requests (SARs) and other information requests in line with data protection legislation.
You will be responsible for ensuring that personal and sensitive information is handled securely, accurately, and in accordance with legal and organisational requirements.
Main duties of the jobYou will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with data protection legislation and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
You will use a range of IT systems to retrieve and manage health records, ensuring timely responses and maintaining high standards of confidentiality and data integrity.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post;
