An exciting opportunity for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join a world-leading business where you'll play a lead role in developing advanced systems for global clients.

Are you an electronics engineer with optics experience? Would you be interested in an initial 3 to 6 month contract with the potential to move into a permanent role?

This innovative company specialise in the design and manufacture of high-precision systems used across a range of industrial markets. Due to ongoing success and expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join their expert team.

In this role you will be tasked with leading the development of brand new high precision opto-electronic systems. This will involve design from concept to manufacture, integration and validation, whilst ensuring all industry regulations and standards are adhered to. In addition to this you will also have the opportunity to progress into more senior positions.

This role would therefore suit a Senior Electronics Engineer with optics experience looking for a new challenge and the chance to play a key role on innovating projects for a world leading business.

• Lead opto-electronic system design from concept to manufacture
• Develop specifications and perform sensitivity and reliability analysis
• Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Support design reviews, documentation, and production handover
• Initial 3-6 month contract with view to go permanent

• Strong background developing opto-electronic systems
• Experience with in a highly regulated industry (Automotive, Defence, Medical, Aerospace)
• Proven experience leading projects/products
• Ideally degree educated
