Up to £50,000 PA (depending on experience)

Full-time permanent

Hybrid working / Overtime / 25 + 8 Days' Holiday / Car Allowance / Bonus Scheme

Responsibilities
  • Cost management – Prepare procurement schedules noting key dates, provide detailed cost estimates, budgets and tender documents to ensure financial control through the project life cycle
  • Subcontractor liaison – Manage sub‑contractor accounts, negotiate contracts, handle valuations, etc.
  • Financial reporting – Provide accurate and timely financial reports such as CVRs, forecast financial costs, and cost analysis to support project decision making
  • Risk management – Identify and mitigate potential project financial risks, ensuring projects stay on budget
  • Financial accounts – Lead the preparation of final accounts, including the resolution of contractual claims and the settlement of costs.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with Contracts managers, Site Managers, Project Managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role ideally 3+ years with experience in construction and property development
  • Hold relevant industry qualifications
  • Strong experience in management and people management
  • Experience using Microsoft software(s)
