Up to £50,000PA (Depending on experience)

Accept Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be supporting our client who is a specialist construction and building services company with an excellent reputation with their employees locally.

Established back in 1992 they have worked with some of the largest house builders in the UK and due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor.

Your key responsibilities:

* Cost management - Prepare procurement schedules noting key dates, providing key dates, provide detailed cost estimates, budgets and tender documents to ensure financial control through the project life cycle

* Subcontractor Liaison - Manage sub-contractor accounts, including negotiating contracts, handling valuations etc.

* Financial reporting - Provide accurate and timely financial reports such as CVR's, forecast financial costs, and cost analysis to support project decision making

* Risk management - Identify and mitigate potential project financial risks, ensuring projects stay on budget

* Financial Accounts - Lead the preparation of final accounts, including the resolution of contractual claims and the settlement of costs.

* Collaboration - Work closely with Contracts managers, Site Managers, Project Managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar role ideally 3 + years' with experience in construction and property development

* Hold relevant industry qualifications

* Strong experience in management and people management

* Experience using Microsoft software(s)
