Additional Information: Hybrid between home and St. Asaph Regional Base (minimum 2 days per week)

In this role within the RNLI Estates Team, you will play an important part in helping to ensure RNLI buildings, particularly our amazing lifeboat stations, are managed and looked after. Your role

As an Estates Technical Coordinator, you will be tasked with focusing on the following areas:

  • To assist in the compilation of technical reports, specifications, tender documentation, construction health and safety documentation, and making statutory notifications.
  • Co‑ordinate term service contracts, and provide contract (SLA/KPI) reporting for analytical review that will identify areas for continuous improvement. Develop and apply process changes to support the continuous improvement programme.
  • To be a point of contact within Estates for resolving minor defects, repairs, defect reporting and other issues within defined parameters to ensure there is sufficient resilience within the Estates team and that all issues are dealt with promptly.
  • To advise, co‑coordinate and administer all maintenance requests and work orders for the Coastal Estates Team, ensuring they are promptly updated in line with the requirements of the Coastal Estates Manager (CEM).
  • To provide support for Capital and Opex projects by following RNLI Estate's project methodology, including administration and on‑site support.
About you

You will have good communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an eye for detail. You will be able to prioritise varying workloads and meet the changing demands of day‑to‑day business requirements. To be considered as the Estates Technical Coordinator, you will need:

  • Relevant office coordinator/administrator experience.
  • Clear interpersonal and written communication skills at all levels.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with in a facilities management or construction environment is desirable.
