Assistant General Manager

• Operational Support - Assist the Deputy and General Manager in overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
• Team Leadership & Development - Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Financial Oversight - Help manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and contribute to cost control strategies to maximise profitability.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement - Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence.
• Compliance & Standards - Ensure the business adheres to all health & safety, legal, and industry-specific regulations, implementing best practices at all times.

• Leadership & Team Management - Proven ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team to achieve business goals and maintain high performance.
• Strong Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making - Ability to analyse challenges, think strategically, and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Organisational & Time Management Skills - Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage workloads efficiently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
