Role and Responsibilities - Pastry Junior Sous

As a key part of the pastry department, you will:

- Assist the Pastry Sous Chef in creating exquisite desserts and baked goods

- Oversee your own section and contribute ideas to menus that delight guests

- Supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff

- Manage food production to meet high standards

- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols and HACCP systems

- Be involved in stock control and menu development

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience within a similar high-end environment

- Solid knowledge of culinary terminology and advanced pastry techniques

- Good understanding of Health and Safety standards

- Own basic equipment (knives, pallet knives, mini scales, etc.)

- Excellent communication skills and team leadership qualities
