• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ needs.
• Develop, plan, and implement tailored therapy interventions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Engage in complex discharge planning to ensure safe transitions for patients.
• Mentor and support junior staff and Band 5 Occupational Therapists.

• Possess a degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
• Demonstrable experience in the UK as a qualified Occupational Therapist.
• Recent NHS experience is essential.
• Registered with the HCPC.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in a range of settings, including rehabilitation services.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to person-centred care.
