• Tuesday: 16:30 – 18:15
• Friday: 16:30 – 18:15
• (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday – no work)

Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

We are recruiting a reliable Cleaner to support a government office site in St Andrews during a period of temporary increased workload. This is a lone‑working role and requires a dependable and trustworthy individual.

• Cleaning office areas, toilets, and communal spaces
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Working independently and following site procedures
• Using a telephone‑based time & attendance clocking system (mandatory)
• Acting as a key holder and operating alarm systems where required

• Must be able to pass a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check (includes Right to Work, Identity, Employment History, and Criminal Record checks)
• Right to Work in the UK (must be presented at induction – mandatory)
• Comfortable with lone working
• Able to use an alarm panel and follow security procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Willing to use a telephone clock‑in system
• Individual PIN access allocated per candidate and updated weekly (non-transferable)
