Business Development Manager

Are you a tenacious go-getter with an unrelenting drive to win new business? Do you thrive on chasing new opportunities and closing deals? If so, this could be the ideal role for you.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who embodies a hunter mentality. Someone who actively seeks out new business, nurtures prospects, and turns leads into lasting partnerships. The role would suit somebody from a technical sales background with experience of solution selling. You’ll need to be comfortable making outbound calls and bring strong persuasive skills.

Their mission is to accelerate EV adoption by providing reliable, affordable, and convenient charging solutions that empower drivers to make the switch to electric. They believe that by making EV charging accessible and convenient, they can help reduce dependence on fossil fuels and the harmful emissions they produce.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect, hunt, and close—generate new business opportunities that drive revenue.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build relationships and negotiate deals with key decision-makers.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record in business development with experience of solution selling.
  • A hunter mentality—self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in technical sales is a plus!
