We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to take full ownership of a beautifully refurbished, lifestyle:led retail destination. If you’re commercially savvy, love developing teams, and thrive on blending retail, F and B, and experiences, this is the role for you.

You’ll be running-Bliven a stunning site with a strong management team of four. From seasonal rollouts to merchandising, from maximising F and B performance to Simulation a team of 60, this L role is truly multi:faceted.

You’ll have full P and L accountability, reporting directly into the Operations Director, and the freedom to makethe site your own. Witha plan in place, your expertise and commercial flair will be key in mastering it for your site.

• Lead and inspire a talented team, coaching and developing them to achieve their potential
• Deliver outstanding commercial results : from retail to F and B
• Drive seasonal visual merchandising and implementation
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences, both in:store and in the restaurant
• Oversee operational standards, stock control, health and safety, and all compliance
• Collaborate with central teams on marketing, strategy, and investment opportunities

• Strong retail experience : previous retail knowledge is essential
• Proven commercial acumen : you understand a P and L inside out
• A people person : passionate about developing and motivating your team
• Energetic, hands’on, and able to lead by example
• Creative eye for merchandising and seasonal presentation
• Experience in F and B management within a retail environment is highly desirable
