Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel - Excellent Career Opportunity

Our client is a luxury Hotel who are recruiting a Sous Chef to work in their 2AA rosette level restaurant. You will be working with all fresh seasonal ingredients to produce food for the restaurant and celebrations/functions. You will help prepare meals for the restaurant, afternoon teas and room service. This is an excellent career opportunity to work in a high end venue.

The Head Chef is looking for a strong team player who can help and encourage junior chefs. The role is 45 hours per week.
