Land Manager – Marshalwick, AL4

An established and prominent Estate Agent is looking to recruit an experienced Land Manager based in Marshalwick, AL4. As a Land Manager you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring land for development, ensuring the agency's continued growth and success. Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities
  • Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies
  • Negotiate land purchase agreements and manage the acquisition process
  • Liaise with local authorities, developers, and stakeholders
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and planning policies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in land management or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and research abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of planning and development processes
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools

Hours:

Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm. Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 (Depending on Experience). Pool car available.
