Product Marketing Manager – Omniplex Learning

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team and drive the commercial success of our digital learning solutions. At Omniplex Learning, our mission is to enable organisations to reach their full potential through exceptional digital learning, all in one place.

What will you do?
  • Own and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new and existing products, ensuring successful launches and strong market positioning.
  • Develop compelling product messaging and positioning, aligned with Omniplex Learning’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and partner teams to create enablement materials and training resources that drive conversion.
  • Manage product‑related content across digital channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to refine messaging and optimise campaigns.
  • Lead community‑focused marketing initiatives to build engagement and advocacy among users.
Who are we looking for?
  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within digital solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop messaging and positioning for complex products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market research and campaign performance analysis.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and innovation.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
  • A team player who is open, organised, and eager to contribute to a creative but process‑driven environment.
