This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of our student journey. We are looking for a strategic, energetic, sales and data-led and people-focused leader who knows how to build capability, optimise performance, and deliver results through operational excellence and inspirational leadership.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, sales customer-focused environment, and love turning challenges into results—this is your opportunity to make a real difference.

This is an office based role with frequent travel between our Brighton and St Albans offices.

You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, a passion for coaching and development, and the ability to create a culture where high performance, support, and accountability exist side by side.

This role is central to our success—and the impact you make will be visible, measurable, and valued.

  • Lead forecasting, report against KPIs, and identify risks and opportunities across partners and intakes.
  • Support P&L delivery through efficient workforce utilisation and output optimisation.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Oversee productivity, lead allocation, adherence, pacing and dialler optimisation.
  • Ensure a compliant, consistent and high-quality sales process across all touchpoints.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement across processes, behaviours and technology.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Partner Support, Technology, Operations and Retention to deliver a seamless student journey.
  • Partner with the Head of Retention to strengthen handover standards and reduce funnel drop-off.
  • Represent the Contact Centre across cross-functional initiatives and strategic conversations.

  • Experience managing managers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, dialler systems, and performance analytics.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
