Talent Manager, HR Manager
MrQ is an award‑winning online casino launched in 2018. With explosive growth, we’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our people function and help shape the future of our team.
What You Will Do- Act as a strategic partner to department heads, supporting workforce planning and team development
- Manage day‑to‑day HR operations and employee relations
- Lead or support performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and development programs
- Oversee and execute monthly payroll processes accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Support recruitment efforts alongside our Talent team
- Continuously improve people processes as we scale
- 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a high‑growth or fast‑paced environment
- Strong understanding of employment law and best practice
- Previous experience handling or overseeing payroll processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with a drive to improve and streamline HR processes
- A people‑first attitude and genuine interest in fostering a great team culture
