• Conduct comprehensive podiatric assessments to diagnose conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Perform treatments, including nail surgery under local anaesthesia
• Manage and treat lower limb complications associated with diabetes
• Educate and advise patients on foot care and hygiene to promote optimal foot health
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to patients
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using System One
• Travel to various community settings as part of delivering outstanding podiatric services

• Current HCPC registration is essential
• Certificate in local anaesthesia is required
• Significant post‑registration experience in diabetic care, preferably within NHS or community settings
• Strong knowledge of lower limb complications related to diabetes
• Proficiency in using System One to maintain accurate patient records
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car, as the role involves community visits
