Responsibilities
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with CQC, Local Authority, ICB and BSI standards.
  • Allocate and track compliance tasks including audits, appraisals, supervisions, reviews, and assessments.
  • Respond to complaints efficiently, guiding the resolution process from start to finish.
  • Support inspections and audits by maintaining clear, well‑organized records.
  • Conduct quality checks on care plans and provide constructive feedback.
  • Prepare clear and concise weekly and monthly reports on compliance performance.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from service users through regular monitoring visits.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes of complaints and highlighting best practices.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar compliance, quality, or monitoring role (preferably within domiciliary or home care).
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A methodical and organized approach with keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to work with care teams, senior leaders, and external bodies.
  • Strong report writing and data collection skills.
  • Passion for delivering high standards and putting service users at the centre of everything you do.
