Retrofit Coordinator - PAS

Overview

A global, property business is seeking a Retrofit Coordinator. This role is based in St Albans, with travel across southern England to client sites. Reporting into the Retrofit Technical Manager, you will work on a hybrid basis and deliver retrofit coordination for residential projects to ensure compliance with PAS
2035 standards and guidelines across retrofit assessments, coordination and design.

• Deliver retrofit coordination on live projects, ensuring PAS 2035 compliance framework requirements are met.
• Conduct retrofit assessments, noting property suitability, areas for improvement and recommending energy efficiency measures, including pre- and post-retrofit evaluations.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams and contractors to ensure successful integration of retrofit objectives and sustainability best practices.
• Support the team in carrying out quality assurance (QA) on retrofit assessments (RA), retrofit coordination (RC) and retrofit design (RC).
• Identify and rectify problems in retrofit projects; join project reviews and technical meetings to discuss risk, improvements and enhancement of strategies.
• Provide support to procurement teams.

• Experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of PAS
  2035, industry standards and building regulations.
• Retrofit Assessor Qualification.
• Full Driving Licence and ability to regularly travel to client sites.
• Ability to analyse technical data, generate compliance reports and ensure audit preparedness.
• Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a collaborative working environment.
