Magisters Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across St Albans and the surrounding areas, supporting schools with day-to-day, short-term, and long-term cover.

The Role

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:

* Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where applicable)

* Follow lesson plans or adapt learning to suit students’ needs

* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

* Manage behaviour in line with school policies

* Support student progress and engagement during teacher absence

* Gain experience across a range of secondary school settings

What We’re Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)

* Confidence managing secondary classrooms

* Strong communication and adaptability

* A professional, positive approach

* Passion for supporting young people’s learning

Requirements

* Right to work in the UK

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

* Two professional references covering the last two years
