We are on the hunt for a Social Media Executive & Content Creator ( Live Host ) who thrives in front of the camera and behind it! This is your opportunity to be part of a small team and really make a difference.

As the face of our social media channels, you'll create engaging content that highlights our brand and products, including our fashionable footwear and accessories. You’ll film, edit, and publish high-quality content across various platforms while hosting entertaining live streams that educate and inspire our viewers to shop. This position strikes a perfect balance between creativity and sales, letting your personality shine!

• Content Creation:
  Plan, shoot, and edit captivating social-first content (Reels, Tik Toks, Stories, product demos, behind-the-scenes, etc.) that resonates with our audience.
• Livestream Hosting:
  Bring your energy to Tik Tok Shop live streams, showcasing products, sharing your thoughts, and building rapport with viewers in real-time.
• Increase Engagement:
  Utilize clever strategies to drive sales and boost interaction during live streams, while collaborating with the marketing team to spark fresh ideas.
• Content Management:
  Maintain a consistent content calendar across platforms using scheduling tools and assist with email briefs and aligning assets.

• A natural entertainer with a big personality, easily engaging audiences with your charm and enthusiasm.
• Confident both in front of and behind the camera, with a knack for creating personal-style content.
• Familiar with Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, and social media trends, eager to learn and adapt.
• A true team player, adaptable and open to constructive feedback, while showcasing creativity and initiative.

• A competitive hourly rate of £14–£16 + commission based on performance.
• Flexible work hours (16–30 hours per week) to suit your lifestyle, including paid prep/admin time.
