Senior Technical Project Manager role at Disrupt Talent.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility for evening/weekend work.
Reports To:
Director of Production. Holiday: 30 days including bank holidays.

They are now looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee their most complex technical productions. You ll bring together lighting, sound, video and scenic elements to deliver seamless, high-impact live events, leading diverse teams and ensuring creativity, passion and excellence shine through every project. With years of experience in creative lighting design and systems in client-facing roles, you ll not only excel in your specialist area but also bring strong knowledge of audio, video and scenic technologies, and a willingness to expand your knowledge of these areas.
WhatYou ll Do
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear, confident communication
- Analyse briefs, ask the right questions, and shape them into deliverable, world-class concepts
- Develop proposals, quotations and technical responses that address client needs with creativity and commercial awareness
- Guide multidisciplinary teams from brief to final execution, ensuring flawless delivery
- Mentor and support team members, fostering technical growth and a culture of excellence
- Produce equipment specifications and technical documentation across lighting, audio, video and scenic elements
- Lead on-site delivery, coordinating multiple technical departments and adapting quickly to changing requirements
- Monitor team performance, offering thoughtful and constructive feedback
- Expertise in lighting design and systems, with broader understanding of audio, video and scenic technologies
- Strong project leadership and organisational skills
- Confident client-facing communication and relationship-building ability
- A problem-solving mindset with both creative and commercial awareness
- Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage resources and deliver exceptional work under pressure
