Ganger - St Albans
Working as a Ganger on a live Thames Water site in St Albans
Supervising and coordinating pipelayers and ground workers
Overseeing drainage installation and ducting operations
Managing concrete benching works to required standards
Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Maintaining full compliance with Thames Water health & safety procedures
Liaising with site management and reporting daily progress
Organising workforce activities and site productivity
Monitoring quality of work in line with project specifications
Supporting site operations and resolving on-site issues
Ongoing CIS work available for experienced operatives
Essential Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card
SSSTS or SMSTS
EUSR Blue Water Hygiene
Thames Water Passport
Preferred:
Confined Space Ticket
Payment:
CIS Payment Scheme
