We are working with a well-established and growing Electrical Contractor delivering large-scale residential developments across London and the South East. Their client portfolio includes leading developers such as Berkeley Group, Barratt Homes and Weston Homes.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential schemes.

As Electrical Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will oversee site teams, manage programme, ensure quality and compliance, and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 developers.

• Overseeing multiple large-scale residential developments
• Managing Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontract labour
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Attending client and progress meetings
• Managing procurement and subcontractor packages
• Driving health & safety and quality standards across all sites
• Reporting into senior leadership on programme and commercial performance

• Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager
• Strong background delivering large-scale residential projects
• Experience working with major developers (e.g. Berkeley, Barratt, Weston or similar)
• Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills
• Excellent client-facing and leadership abilities
