We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join a highly regarded and award winning volume house builder. In this role, you'll support the Technical team in managing the design and technical aspects of residential developments — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

As well as having holistic responsibility for your own schemes, you will also assist with reviewing drawings, coordinating consultants, and managing approvals with local authorities and utility providers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and gain exposure to all stages of the build process.
