EMENA Retail Partner Demand Planner, Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

At Costa Coffee, we’re on a mission to reimagine coffee experiences across the globe. From bustling cities to local communities, we’re creating meaningful coffee moments, powered by innovation and driven by purpose.

As a proud part of the Coca‑Cola system and working hand in hand with our pioneering partners, we’re in over 50 countries and counting. Whether it’s served in‑store, from a machine, at home, or on the go, every cup is thoughtfully crafted by our passionate teams who put heart into every moment.

Our teams truly make a difference. Whether it’s pioneering new tech for the perfect pour, launching award‑winning campaigns, developing exciting new menu items, or supporting our people to grow – together, we stir up success.

Join Costa’s EMENA retail team as a Demand Planner and play a key role in delivering the world‑class Costa experience across 37 partners from Europe to the Middle East. You will own forecasting and demand planning for our full product range, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimise supply, minimise costs, and drive accuracy across the business. Reporting to the EMENA Senior Demand Planning & S&OP Manager, this is a pivotal role that blends analytical insight with cross‑functional collaboration to support both everyday operations and strategic growth initiatives.

We value curiosity, inclusivity, and a problem‑solving mindset. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment and are excited to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.

With inspiring experiences, development programmes, and our apprenticeship scheme, your career can grow far beyond the day‑to‑day.

What you’ll do
  • Drive EMENA Demand Planning:
Own and validate the 12–18 month rolling demand plan across all products, ensuring alignment with ABP/LRP/financial forecasts and delivering one set of numbers across the business.
  • Collaborate Across Teams and Partners:
Work closely with internal teams—Supply Planning, Commercial, Marketing, Finance—and external franchise partners to build accurate forecasts, support inventory management, and optimise campaign, NPD, and store opening plans.
  • Improving LT visibility to optimise SC processes and cost.
  • Manage product and Limited time offer allocations, supporting coffee buying strategies including hedging, and minimisation of stock write‑offs, working capital, and ensure high availability at 3PL logistics partners.
  • Lead Reporting and Insights:
Own Anaplan demand planning system, track KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias, OTIF), analyse performance, and provide actionable insights to support smarter, data‑driven decisions.
  • Support Continuous Improvement:
Identify risks and opportunities in demand and supply, enhance processes, and implement improvements across EMENA to strengthen forecasting, planning, and supply chain effectiveness.
Who you are
  • Expert in Forecasting & Demand Planning:
Proven ability to build, validate, and optimise demand plans, manage bias, support NPD launches, campaigns, and stock allocation, with a deep understanding of how demand planning impacts the wider business and supply chain.
  • Collaborative and Influential:
Skilled at working cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners, building strong relationships while challenging assumptions and influencing decisions at all levels.
  • Analytical & Tech‑Savvy:
Advanced Excel and ERP system capabilities, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail, able to translate data into actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Adaptable & Proactive:
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, establishing new processes and ways of working, making sound decisions, and overcoming obstacles to deliver results in a fast‑paced FMCG/retail environment.
  • Desirable

    Experience:

Exposure to supply planning, commercial operations, project management, process optimisation, and systems such as Anaplan or D365, with potential for leadership development.
So, why Costa?
  • Own a piece of Costa’s success by becoming a share owner in Coca‑Cola with our Share Investment Plan (SIP).
  • An annual discretionary bonus scheme, based on business…
