A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Product Support Coordinator to join a successful and well-established company based in St Albans.

You will help manage key accounts and help to develop new business by developing ranges and sourcing new products.

• Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
• Free Parking
• 22 days annual leave which rises with length of service

• Manage communication with suppliers and factories.
• Coordinate new product development and sourcing.
• Research market trends and product categories.
• Prepare briefs, reports, and customer quotes.
• Collaborate with design and QA teams on concepts, packaging, and quality checks.
• Maintain sample records and ensure packaging accuracy.
• Handle documentation and support product setup and delivery.
• Organise samples and assist with meeting preparation.

• Minimum 2-3 years experience, ideally within buying / production experience
• Attention to detail essential
• Comprehensive in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Good multi-tasking skills and problem-solving skills
• Work well on own initiative but also within a team
