Automotive Service Advisor

Automotive Service Advisor required near St. Albans.

Up to £32,000 basic salary + OTE. Monday to Friday with Saturday AM on rota.

Our client, an expanding and progressive automotive independent specialist, is now recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor. The business is extremely well-established, with a great reputation in the local area for completing the job right, first time. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and become an integral part of the Service Department, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied and with no stone unturned.

• Greeting customers and scheduling services
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
• Providing additional services, including service plans
• Maintaining high standards of inventory management and parts ordering

To be considered for the role, you must have a proven background in customer service, automotive experience within Aftersales, and attention to detail and customer care that will set you apart.
