Warranty Administrator vacancy - St Albans Gates of St Albans are seeking a Warranty Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking completed warranty job cards ensuring they are compliant for audit and submitting claims for OEMs.
  • Return unacceptable or incorrect claims to submitting Dealership. Highlight any safety-critical or high-cost warranty claims to the Management and investigate as necessary.
  • Investigate rejected claims by Ford Motor Company and correct or debit where necessary.
  • Administrate and check service plans that have been set up or require setting up.
  • Give advice and assistance to other dealerships when requested.
  • Correspond to customers and subsidiary enquiries.
  • Motor trade experience and mechanical understanding preferred.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and professional.
  • IT literate, ideally with an understanding of the Microsoft office, Keyloop, Microcat and PTS systems.
  • The ability to multitask whilst paying attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Good organisational skills.
