Warranty Administrator vacancy - St Albans Gates of St Albans are seeking a Warranty Administrator.Key Responsibilities:
- Checking completed warranty job cards ensuring they are compliant for audit and submitting claims for OEMs.
- Return unacceptable or incorrect claims to submitting Dealership. Highlight any safety-critical or high-cost warranty claims to the Management and investigate as necessary.
- Investigate rejected claims by Ford Motor Company and correct or debit where necessary.
- Administrate and check service plans that have been set up or require setting up.
- Give advice and assistance to other dealerships when requested.
- Correspond to customers and subsidiary enquiries.
- Motor trade experience and mechanical understanding preferred.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and professional.
- IT literate, ideally with an understanding of the Microsoft office, Keyloop, Microcat and PTS systems.
- The ability to multitask whilst paying attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Good organisational skills.
