You’ll be at the heart of the business supporting members, managing administration, and ensuring every interaction feels personal, efficient and professional.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to members via phone and email
  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and care
  • Supporting membership records, renewals and enquiries
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth member experience
  • Handling documentation and data with discretion and attention to detail
About You

You’re calm, capable and naturally helpful, with a genuine enjoyment of working with people.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly manner
  • Solid administrative experience and excellent organisation
  • Confidence using systems and managing multiple priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience in insurance, financial services or membership-based organisations
  • Familiarity with regulated or compliance-led environments
