We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused  Senior SEO Specialist  who can build and scale SEO projects from scratch and drive measurable organic growth.

Role Overview
The Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for owning SEO strategy end-to-end — from market research and audience targeting to technical implementation and performance scaling. The ideal candidate has proven experience in launching startups or projects from ground zero and building sustainable organic traffic systems.
This role requires both  strategic thinking and hands-on execution capability .

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Audience & Market Research
Conduct deep research on company-defined target audiences
Identify search intent, customer journey stages, and behavioural patterns
Perform competitor landscape analysis
Identify content gaps and organic growth opportunities
Define keyword clusters aligned with business objectives
2. SEO Strategy Development & Execution
Build complete SEO strategy from scratch
Develop short-term and long-term organic growth roadmaps
Plan content strategy aligned with user intent
Structure website architecture for scalability
Implement topical authority frameworks
3. Technical SEO Ownership
Conduct advanced technical audits
Improve crawlability, indexation, and site structure
Implement schema markup and structured data
Optimise Core Web Vitals and site speed
Manage canonicalisation, redirects, and sitemap strategy
4. On-Page & Content Optimisation
Optimise meta tags, headers, internal linking
Build SEO-driven content briefs
Ensure E-E-A-T compliance
Align content with conversion goals
5. Off-Page & Authority Building
Develop high-quality backlink acquisition strategies
Build digital PR and outreach campaigns
Monitor domain authority and backlink health
6. Performance Tracking & Scaling
Track KPIs: traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions
Use data to refine and scale SEO strategies
Prepare growth reports and actionable insights
Continuously test and optimise for organic performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum  4+ years of hands-on SEO experience

• Proven experience in building startups, websites, or projects from ground zero

• Demonstrated ability to scale organic traffic significantly

• Strong expertise in:
Technical SEO
Content strategy
Search intent modelling
Audience research & segmentation

• Advanced knowledge of:
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
Ahrefs / SEMrush
Screaming Frog

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Ability to work independently with full ownership

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in scaling SaaS, eCommerce, or service-based startups
Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
Familiarity with AI-assisted SEO tools
Experience leading junior SEO team members
