Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a School Counsellor based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The School Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, addressing their academic, personal, social, and emotional needs. Day-to-day tasks include student counselling sessions, career guidance, promoting mental health, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff for creating a positive learning environment.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with the ability to support diverse student needs.
In-depth knowledge of Psychology and Mental Health, with an ability to apply this expertise in educational settings.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and staff.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address individual concerns and foster student development.
Master's in Psychology, Counseling, or related fields.
Previous experience in an educational or similar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Empathy, patience, and the capability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
