Mechanic, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

** CDL paid for with 2 year commitment
** All Equip Rental is seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our rental team in Springville, Utah. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and fleet vehicles to ensure reliable, safe and efficient operation of equipment for our rental customers.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems on equipment
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform repairs
• Maintain detailed service and repair records
• Conduct equipment safety inspections and damage checks
• Respond to breakdowns on the jobsite and perform mobile repairs as needed
• Coordinate with supervisors and customers
• Ensure tools, shop areas, and service vehicles are clean and organized
• Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations
• Show customers operations of equipment
• Deliver and pick up equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of equipment or mechanic experience
• Proven mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Strong work ethic, motivation, and dependability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• CDL training available with 2 year commitment.
• Experience working with construction equipment such as mini excavators, loaders, skid steers, tractors, small gas engines, Semi trucks, trailers and vehicles

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday 7:30 am-5pm with 1 hour lunch and 1 set week day off winter, 1/2 day off Spring, Summer, Fall .
• Saturday 7:30am-12pm.
• Overtime available April
  -December. 40 hours minimum guaranteed January-March
